How to Understand instructions For a Pattern Panel for Sleeves

Debbie Bliss Pattern 2021 - EMMIE

Sleeve instructions after the 6th row using the pattern panel. Not clear on how to incorporate Rows 7th through 12th of the pattern panel along with the Increase Row. Do I repeat Rows 1-6 of the sleeve pattern and incorporate the 7th through 12th 17 stitches?
Please provide assistance.

Yes, you are right. You would repeat the pattern rows 1-6 until desire length while increasing at every certain rows as directed.

I finished this hat awhile ago but didn’t get a chance to post it. It is my experimental piece. The Pom Pom can be remove when you want to put up a pony tail. Thanks to my models who can tolerates such condition. :)
