Greeting KnittersLearn To Knit Mitered Square And Loose Latice LaceHi Knitters, First of all, I have to apologize for not sending out an April issue of the newsletter. There were too many personal issues to take care of and I didn't really had time to work on my knitting and the website. Anyway, I'm back for this month with an exiting new stitches to learn and new patterns to knit. Here they are.....
1. The Mitered Coaster - a simple but magic little square which you'll be amazed how the square shape is formed. With a little effort, anyone can knit this mitered square. You can take a peak at the pattern and my video tutorial and see what you think. I personally like it and plan to make many more for gift. 2. Knitting Loose Lattice Lace
This is one of my favorite patterns. I saw a lot of people repin this stitch on Pinterest. The pattern looks quite complicated but it is actually not that difficult. I've put together a video tutorial on how to knit this loose lattice lace and hope you'll give it a try. You can choose to watch it in a long video or watch a short video, one row at the time.

I had Noro yarn leftover and I this mat was what I had come up with. I put it under my vase and it looked pretty nice. Then I put it under my hot teapot and it worked! So, the name "all-purpose mat" was born. I'm planing on making a video tutorial on how to make the little scallop edge on this mat. It probably will be on the next issue.
