Join both shoulder seams. With RS facing and using 6 mm needles and slip 6 stitches from right front holder onto right needle. Rejoin yarn and pick up and knit 13 stitches up right side of front neck, k across 32 stitches on back holder, then pick up and knit 13 stitches down left side of front neck, and k across 6 stitches on left front holder, 70 stitches.
Work in g st until collar measures 20; cm ending RS for next row and cast off

I probably change the yarn where the wrap is not occurs, like the end of the row. I have never done this before.
The W&T (4sts) is not very clear to me. Usually the number at the end of the instruction refers to the number of stitches that are left on the needle.
