What is the difference between knot 3 sts right nad knot 3 sts right over next 3 sts?

Did you mean to say knit 3 sts right and knit 3 sts rignt over next 3 sts?

In any case, I don't know any thing about knot 3 sts.
If you meant to write knit instead of knot then my guess is that this is a 6sts cable. The instruction here is not very clear to me at all. I have never ever seen such an instruction. There should be an explanation of how to do this kind of uncommon sts.
