Voliere yarns from Knit Picks

How do I read this pattern?



I understand the P8, * K7 P7 part of these instructions, but what in the world is the rest of it telling me to do?

P8, * K7, P8; rep neck corner, fold under loose from * to end. sts 1/4 inch inc to 1 1/2 inches t center to other corner

What can I tell you? The pattern doesn't make sense to me either. I might understand it more if I can see the whole pattern. Right now, I'm lost. Please, send me a clear photo of the pattern if you can. I'd love to help.
