Question
197 sts. Row 1. RS - K1, *yo, K5, pass 4 sts, one at a time, as if to bind off, over st at tip of right needle. (Not bind off, but a form of decrease).
Answer
After, yo, and k 5, you will now focus on the first 5 sts on the right needle. The one at the tip of the needle is the 1st and the next one is the 2nd and so forth. You start out with the second st, lift it up and pass it over the 1st stitch, and let it drop off the needle. Then pass the second st over the first and drop it off the needle. Repeat the same with the 3rd, 4th and 5th stitches.
You will end up with a cluster of sts creating a cute little border for your project.
I hope my explanation helps you. If not, please let me know in a comment.
