reverse the cuff seam for the turn back by: Ratchadawan
Hi,
I think it means to sew the cuff with wrong sides of fabric facing each others so that only the right side would show when you fold the cuff up when you wear it.
In general we seam with right sides together, so this makes sense to me to do it the opposite way or in a reverse seam. I've never seen the instruction like this before.
