Hi,

So sorry for the late response.

You asked;

What does head cast on 10 st work 1 st and 2nd rows at beg of body 3 times = 80?

This means you're working on the head section and you start with casting on of 10 sts. Then work rows 1 and 2 as directed in the pattern for a total of 3 times. This means you repeat rows 1 and 2 for 3 times with a total of 6 rows. When you completed this section, you should have a total of 80 sts on the needle.
