Ahh wish that was the case as it ask you to take note of number of stitches when piece easily fits along shaped front neck edge to shoulder seam and when do other side match.

Hello Christina,
This instruction confused me as well. The only thing I think it makes sense is to say
that we count every 4th row as 1 set of increase which actually has a total of 2 sts since we have to work inc every other row or every 2 rows.
So, every 4 th row we added 2 sts.
I'm not sure this is right.
One way to find out if this is a typo or not is to count the final stitches after all the increase are done. If there are too many stitches then we could make an increase every 4th row instead of every 2 rows.
