I'm not sure what your question was, so I'm going to assume that you wanted me to explain what the instruction meant.

I will try to write it as simple as I can. Here we go;

Right side: K1, then K1, P1 (1st) k1, p1 (2nd), k1, p1 (3rd), k1, p1 (4th), Then slip 1, K1, Passover (see SKP). Work until the end of row. Then work even for the next 3 rows.

I finished this hat awhile ago but didn’t get a chance to post it. It is my experimental piece. The Pom Pom can be remove when you want to put up a pony tail. Thanks to my models who can tolerates such condition. :)
