Sleeve increase-Don't understand what to do

My pattern for sleeves (on baby cardi) says
Inc.1 st at each end of next 3rd and every foll alt 4th row to 47 sts, then on every foll 6th row until there are 51. Can you explain it?

This means;
inc 1 st at each end of every 3rd and following 4th row alternately until you have 47st, then inc on every 6th row until there are 51.


So first, you would need to increase on row 3, 7, 10, 14,17, 21 and so on until you have 47 sts. Then you increase every 6 rows until there are 51 sts.
