" inc 1 st at each end of 6th and every foll 10th row." is basically to increase 1 st at each end of the 6th row, then increase at each end every following 10th row for X amount of times.
You do this by;
Work straight for 5 rows and when you get to 6th row you increase 1 st at each end. Then knit 9 more rows even without increase. On the next row (the following 10th row) you then increase at each end again. Look at the instruction to see how many times you have to repeat the increase for every 10th row. The increases will make sleeve expanding out gradually. Just make sure to remember to increase at both ends on increasing rows.
I hope this makes sense. Thank you for the question.
