I have knitted my tension square, I have 1 more stitch than stated. It says to use larger needles, is that just for the whole pattern or just where those needles are used? thanks
only use the large needles where it indicates. usually in sweater, smaller needles are for edges and necklines gauge check is not as important as the larger ones which is for the body part.
you gauage is pretty good, but you finished project will be slightly bigger. Maybe try making sts a little bit tighter than your usual.
