What does K 2 at the same time mean

I am going to be knitting leggings for an 18” doll from Doll Tag Clothing. Before I start what does it mean to K 2 at the same. The pattern is supposed to be easy for beginners. Please help me understand this phrase. Thank you

It looks to me like you suppose to knit 2 stitch together (k2tog) but this is an unusual way to say it. Maybe the author was thinking that this is a simpler way to say it.
