1st Row: K2, s1, K1, psso, knit to last 4sts, K2tog, K2. 36 40:44:48:52sts. 2nd Row: Purl. 1st and 2nd rows set raglan shaping. Work 16 20:24:26:30 rows dec 1 st at each end as before in next and every foll alt row. 20 20:20:22:22sts. Cast off rem 20 20:20:22:22sts

Yes, that’s correct. You follow direction from rows 1 and 2.

I finished this hat awhile ago but didn’t get a chance to post it. It is my experimental piece. The Pom Pom can be remove when you want to put up a pony tail. Thanks to my models who can tolerates such condition. :)
