4th rnd: *P1. K1tbl. P1. (Counting down 3 rnds, draw up a loop in center of 2nd st on left-hand needle and slip loop onto right- hand needle. K3. How do you do it?
I tried to make a video but I didn't have enough memory on my phone and I didn't want you to wait too long. Let's try doing this without a video.
So, basically you want to knit into a second stitch on the left hand needle that is at a 3rd row below the current row. You'll get a long loop. Then k3 normally. Then knit a long loop into the same 2nd st on the 3rd row below again to make second loop. P1, k1tbl, p1 and then repeat the loops again.
On the 5th row, you will get to knit these loops with knit stitches together so that you'll have the same # of sts as row 1.
I don't know if this makes sense to you at all. I'll try to get the video out to you as soon as I can.
