QuestionI am confused by "yf (bring yarn in front of work), k2..." If the yarn is in front, how is the next k stitch created? Do you have a youtube video to illustrate?
Thank you for sharing your knitting knowledge and beautiful patterns,
Iris
Answer
Hi Iris,
Thank you for your question. The reason why the yarn have to be in the front before the knit stitches because we're making an eyelet (increase 1 st). Those little holes in the pattern are made in this way.
Here is a link to a page that explain how to do "yf" or "yo";
Yarn Over or Yarn Forward
And here is a video on loose lattice lace that shows how to do yf and knit.
I hope this helps and have fun!
