How do I read this pattern?

Good afternoon I am writing this question with the hope that you are able to provide some clarification about a question that I have about the pattern that I working on. On the 7th row it states to Moss st 3 then work 1st row of patt panel B, does it mean to work 3 stitches as moss st or what does that mean? Please let me know. This instruction repeats in other patterns throughout the book. Thank you.

Thank you for the question.
Yes, you're correct. You work the first 3 sts in k1,p1,k1 for Moss stitch as you did in previous rows.
