How do I twist stitches on Row 2?

My pattern says to twist stitches on row 2 as they are present. The pattern doesn't tell you if it's TWR2 or TWL2 on row 1 to begin with.

Hi Yen,

I don't know how the stitches are presented.
Did you twist stitches on the 1st row too? Is there a picture to look at?
Maybe it meant to twist them the way you twisted the 1st row? I'm very confused. This is not a very helpful instruction and I don't think I know the answer unless I look at the whole pattern.
