How do I work 5 stitches together?

The instructions are as follows
Work 5 stitches together
Sl 3 stitches with yarn to back of work then pass 2nd of these stitches over 3rd, move this st back onto left hand needle and pass 2nd st left hand needle over it. Move this st back onto the right hand needle and pass the first of the original sts over it, pass this st back onto left hand needle and pass the 2nd st in left hand needle over it, purl rem st.

I have tried this so many times and cannot see how it is done, please can you help?

Hello Jo,

This is very interesting stitch pattern.
I tried knitting this while filming it with my phone. I wanted to get this to you as fast as I could but then my phone died when I wanted to do the repetition. So I did many replays on the video instead.

I sure hope this all works out for you after you watch the video.
