In the second rnd, you drop the yfwd and add two yfwd.
In the the 3rd rnd, P1. K2. K2tog. Drop the (yfwd) twice of previous rnd off needle. (Yfwd) 3 times. Sl1. K1. psso.K2. M1P.

4th rnd: P1. K1. K2tog. Drop the (yfwd) 3 times of previous rnd off needle. (yfwd) 4 times. Sl1. K1. psso. K1. P1. Rep.
5th rnd: P1. K2tog. cast on 4 sts. Drop the (yfwd) 4 times of previous rnd off needle. K1. yfwd. K1. under 4 loose strands of dropped yfwd’s. Cast on 4 sts. Sl1. K1. psso. P1. M1. Rep.
I’m stuck in the 5th rnd at K1. yfwd. K1. under 4 loose strands of dropped yfwd’s.

I hope I imagine this right since I don't have the pattern to look at.
So you knit 1, then bring yarn to the front, then bring right needle under the 4 loose strands and knit with the yarn over the right needle.
