I don't understand your question.
Did you print it correctly? Dose it suppose to be "Yo, P1, P1" instead of "so, p1, p1"?
If it is "Yo, p1, p1" then you can go ahead and do yarn over, p1, p1 since the yarn over is just wrapping the yarn around the needle. It doesn't require a stitch from previous row to work on.
