Knitting Sleeves!

Hi, I’m making a cardigan and only have the sleeves left to do but I can’t make sense of where I’m supposed to be increasing, if you could help explain it would be great! Thank you :)

Cast on 37sts and work in garter st. Inc on each edge on following 18th rows, inc 1st twice (41sts)
