K3, *K3, K2TOG, YF * REP TO * TO LAST 5 STS. I understand all, except what to do with the last five stitches.

Hello,

That's a great question!

I think the author forgot to write it down.
Usually when pattern is repeating itself like this, it will end pretty much the same as the beginning. You started out with K3, this would be like an edge or side border. Then repeat of k3, k2tog, and so forth. I would suggest, knit all the last 5 sts so that it looks the same as when you started so that the edges would look the same.
