"Bind off center 14sts. Working each side of the neck separately, at each neck edge, bind off 3 sts once, 2 sts once and 1 st twice."
Row 1 (right side): Locate the 14 center sts of work, then work to the beginning of the center and bind off these 14 sts. Work to end of row.
Row 2 (wrong side): Now you will be working one side at the time. Work to end of row.
Row 3: Bind off 3 st and work to the end of the row.
Row 4: Work even.
Row 5: Bind off 2 st and work to the end of the row.
Row 6: Work even.
Row 7: Bind off 1 st and work to the end of the row.
Row 8: Work even.
Row 9: Bind off 1 st and work to the end of the row.
Bind off all sts. for shoulder seaming.
Work the other side of the neck edge and shape the neck edge the same way but make sure you do it opposite way so that neck would look like U shape.
I hope you find this helpful and thanks for the question.
