Trying to read Aran pattern

I’m knitting a baby Aran sweater first 4 rows form double moss and twist there is a patt panel It says continue working appropriate rows until back measures 17 cm. for row 5 do I start with row 1 it only gives me pattern panel for 5 but doesn’t give me a row 5.

Pattern is waterwheel 936

It's going to be a lovely aran.
I tried searching for the pattern but couldn't find it.
It sounded like your pattern has a 4 row repeat.
Yes, I would start with row 1 again.
