Question
What does knit over knit and purl over purl mean?
Answer
Knit over knit means you will perform a "knit" stitch whenever you see the knit stitch of previous row.
Purl over purl is when you perform a "purl" stitch over a purl stitch of previous row.
In another word, if you see a knit st, you'll knit and if you see a purl st, you'll purl.
I hope this helps and thank you for the question.
